There is no restocking fee on returns due to warranty claims,
defective merchandise or Stens Parts Warehouse shipping errors (if reported within 30
All other returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Freight must
be prepaid by the customer and will not be reimbursed for warranty claims or
Obsolete items cannot be returned at any time. Items not in sellable
condition, in the original Stens package (where applicable) will be
charged an additional 25% repackaging fee.

Stens Parts Warehouse Guarantees Its Parts 4 Times Longer Than Most Original Equipment Manufacturers
Stens Parts Warehouse guarantees that any goods supplied by us shall be
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and
for ONE FULL YEAR from the date of purchase by the consumer. Most
OEM's offer only a three month warranty. Stens Parts Warehouse stands behinds its parts
four times as long! This warranty does not include normal wear items such as belts or blades. In order for parts to be guaranteed under warranty, they must be installed by a certified mechanic at a shop. A copy of the installation work order must be accompanied by the returned part in order to have it replaced for warranty. Approved warranty parts will be swapped out at no cost. If the part is no longer available from Stens, a refund will be issued for the failed part.
