Please enter your complete shipping address at checkout, including business name, suite number, apartment number, etc if applicable. If your billing address is a PO box, you must include a physical street address for shipping. All packages will be shipped via UPS to a physical street address (no PO boxes).
Most online orders from Stens Parts Warehouse ship within 24 hours directly from one of our warehouses around the United States. We will always email a copy of your tracking confirmation number to your email address on file. The delivery time is based upon the final delivery location. Parts generally take 1-3 business days to arrive anywhere in the lower 48 United States. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST may be processed on the next business day.
Occasionally some parts may not be available at the distribution center. In that case, you may receive multiple shipments from different warehouses for the same order. Please be advised that you will NOT incur any additional shipping charges for this service.
Packages that UPS classifies as a residential address will be shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED if the contents are valued at $500.00 or more. Receiver must be present to sign for the package in these cases.
In some instances we may utilize an over the road courier to deliver your parts due to the size of the package(s) or shipping location. The shipping charges on your invoice will still apply.
Why Tracking Information May Not Be Available:
All packages ship to you directly from our warehouses. Tracking numbers are generally updated overnight and emailed to you the next business day. Packages are shipped via UPS. Heavy, oversize packages are shipped via truck freight and tracking information may not be readily available.
Stens Parts Warehouse charges sales tax for Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. If you are a tax exempt business in one of these states, please contact us with your tax exemption certificate prior to placing an online order.
If an item is on back order for more than 5 days, we will notify you via email within 5 business days of the order date. You will then have the opportunity to keep this item on back order and have it ship when available for cancel the order for a full refund. Customers who do not provide a valid email address may not be advised of back orders.
All merchandise is payable is U.S. Funds through any of our convenient payment methods. We accept: Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express. All orders are charged immediately once the order has been placed.
